I told them I had called previously in the week as well and they lady was rude and inconsiderate and said it did not matter. When we arrived at around noon on the day we were checked in, the front desk staff told us they were not honoring early check in that day and we would have to wait until 3 pm.
My favorite band was playing and even though the room was pricey I decided it would be worth it. I was really really excited about coming here.
